Well, I'm down another pound and I'm feeling pretty darn good! I feel like I'm making a life style change and this is a good thing. The food that I'm eating is healthier... my blood pressure is back to normal. I'll know pretty soon how my blood sugar is and how well I'm doing when I go back to the doctor. I'll bet my cholesterol is down too!
