This is the second time in the 6 weeks I've been on this diet (today is the first day of week 7) that a large chunk of weight has disappeared overnight, after a longish plateau. The first time was a week with no weight loss followed by 4 lbs gone overnight. This time I actually had gained a lb since last weigh-in recorded here, was at 203 for a week, and this morning 5 lbs gone since weigh-in yesterday. This tells me to just make sure I'm sticking to the caloric guidelines, avoid starch and sugar, and then sit back and trust the process.
