AZ Biggest Loser's Journal, 04 Feb 12

I followed a good food regime last week. However, on 1/29(Sun) I did eat cake and icecream from Red Lobster!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
