Somehow I’ve managed to lose another pound but I’d not really been paying attention to how many calories and haven’t exercised any more than usual. My first week of not recording what I eat as I’ve reached my target and I’m trying to maintain without writing down everything.
50.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
