Been a little bit vulnerable to post-midnight snacking - but I've been slanting the daily consumption to give myself some room for that so most days it just about fits into the plan, although I do think it would be better if I left myself some sleep-time to do other things than just digest food (I am aware of that one).. anyway, the loss continues merrily.
Bumping back up the consumption of veg and chilli may have helped.
