The happy-sad day

Happy because I did my target for the first month. I lost 8 lbs this month. Though I had lost 7 lbs in first three weeks, last week I managed just another pound. After work out you sweat a lot and reading shows a further drop of 1-1.5 lbs, but I am not considering that.

Sad, because I would be away from gym for next 18 days. I am leaving to hometown for my sister's wedding which could lead to overeating. Need to learn to say no to delicious mouthwatering north indian foods and sweets, its so hard to resist.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats. Impressive loss. I would say that since you know you would be eating sweets and all, why dont you make a mental plan around it? This way, it would be part of the plan and you wont feel that you have cheated. This would help you avoid binge eating.

Thanks Ruchi. I have kind of made up my mind. Whenever I look at some tempting food, I think of all those hard workouts I did past month, which I do not want to go in vain. Besides, I am looking for a gym in my hometown but not sure If there would be a quality gym nearby. Small towns :(
