My energy level is low and my stress level is high. Trying hard not to binge. Comfort food has always been my downfall. I am trying really hard and this website is really helping me. I am looking up food at restaurants to see how many calories each item has before I place my order. I have never been good with counting calories, I just eat what I think is the healthiet item, but now that I look up stuff, I found out that some items have way more calories than I expected. I am getting exercise in almost everyday, but wish I liked vegetables more. We ate dinner at KFC last night and I only had a breast of chicken grilled and I took off the skin, and I had one mashed potatoes and gravy and gave away my bisquit. That was hard because I really love bread! and butter! I was so proud of myself. Then we went for a walk at night in the dark and cold. Made me walk faster.
