IMPORTANT NOTE: I did not actually gain 5 lbs since last weigh-in (nor have I lost any). Got a new scale, which weighs us 5 lbs heavier than the old one. Turns out the new one is accurate, so we're going with that. Apparently our beginning weight was 5 lbs more than we thought, so my starting weight here should be 217, not 212. Can't see how to edit that.
