Well tomorrow is Hernia surgery. That means exercise will be nil for a couple weeks. will watch the caloric intake real close while I recoup.
103.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
