Happy Birthday to me!

I can exercise again! Yeah me. My back doesn't hurt and I got my 30 minutes of step aerobics in this morning. I feel great.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 34.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
