Hey, look you just lost almost two pounds....good for you. Now, if we can only keep the momentum going in the right direction. We both seem to like to fluctuate between numbers before we head downward. It's like we are trying out the new numbers to see if we really like them.... Keep up the good work, Denise and I will catch you later.
