Learning this way of life and its wonderful. My weight fluctuates and I actually put on a pound this week. I've been walking, walked 1 mile, then two miles and stuck to 2 miles. So I'm thinking I'll just try and increase this activity. Foodwise, I think was ok, wondering if i am insulin resistent as my Father was type 2 and it was getting really unwell on sugar and carbs. So I'm happy my body is healing and I am going to watch calories as well as fat/protein combo a bit more closely this week too. I'm avoiding fruit at the moment because of sugar content.
