I was so bad this weekend and with the left overs from the 500 still in the house it was a bad week too. But I am proud that I didn't gain and just stayed the same. Maybe next week I will get below 220 for the first time in 2 years!! That will be cause to party.
99.9 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
