Yes! Finally seeing the scale move downward from this number. Why is it that when my husband is off on his long road trips that it is so much easier to eat right and stay within my RDI? Everytime he goes away I lose weight. I think I use him as my excuse to comfort eat or something. I would think it would be the opposite....alone I would eat more...but no! Alone I focus better. Oh, well. I am so happy to finally have broken that number on the scale (even just .9 lbs)!!
