I'm recording what I eat daily, but obviously I'm eating too many calories to lose any weight ?!!! I have weighed the same since I started ...and it's been almost 2 weeks !!!?!!! I don't know how many calories I should eat maximum, to lose?!?! This is my first "REAL diet "!!! I don't do much exercise besides the occasional bicycle ride and long walks with my dog !!! I'm 5'4" and want to lose 10 pounds!!! HELP!!!!
