Day one trying out a calorie restriction diet. My goal is to fit into my turquoise dress for my recital in april. I think this is possible if I get down to about 205 which I was over the summer. I plan to eat a lot more veggies and fruits and I have to do three hours oid exercise per week.i also need to drink more water and sleep more.
Note to self radishes aren't as bitter as I remember and celery is really sweet.
106.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
