I am doing better, I would like to think!!?!! Although my weight went up⬆️AGAIN!!!😱 It's that late night SNACKING! I lose control! I fall asleep 😴watching TV📺,wake up and start munching!!! 😳 Anyway, back to me doing better....I started bike🚴🏻♀️riding around town yesterday, running my errands!!! Rode to Whole Foods for a roasted Chicken🐔(made Chinese Chicken salad for dinner....it was delish!!😋). I live in a beautiful city where everything is in walking or biking distance!!! Seriously! You name it and it's here!!! Within minutes!!! I finally "re-realized" this!!! My daily intake of meals is fantastic, if only I could stop snacking !!! HELP!!! I tried to buy a variety of healthy snacks but it's not helping me! Maybe I should stop buying them?!?!!!
