I am heading to the gym this morning to walk on the track. The goal is 3 miles so nothing mind boggling.
My back is really sore today. I hate to complain but I might even sit in the hot tub at the fitness center and see if that won't loosen things up.
How many more days until spring? I wish it would start next week.
