First week since I started that I have to record a slight gain :( I am not going to stress about it though. There's absolutely no way I've gained fat because my nutrition was 98% good and I was definitely eating at a calorie deficit all week. I have been noticing a pattern where I have 2 really good weeks where the pounds just drop off all week long, followed by 2 less exciting weeks. I just had my two great weeks so here I am in that little lull. No problem. I'll be doing the happy dance on the scale again soon enough :).
