Flatlining! After being 300g down for half the week today's weigh-in is back to the same as lsat week and the week before - disappointing :(
Much later - I've decided to join the children and have pizza and a couple beers this evening - it's the first day of our holiday and I haven't had a great day so far! No disasters, just feeling stressed about being ready in time, getting short-tempered with the girls and generally needing to give myself (and them) a break.
Later still - isn't it amazing how children (well teenagers) stop eating when they've had enough? My two both left pizza on the plate! They have no qualms about how much it cost, or that it'll probably get thrown away. I ate everything - a small pizza with salad - even though I was satisfied before I'd finished.
Anyway, that's my weekly "indulgence" and I'll be back on the wagon tomorrow...
