Last week was hard with Thanksgiving, but this is a new week, a new start. I have 1 month to reach my goal and dagnabbit, I'm determined!! Back to Phase 1...and 4 more lbs to go! More would be fine, too, to help with the next holiday! :) Good luck to you all.
