I've been off work for a couple of weeks and have totally pigged out. I find if I'm not living a structured day I neglect to do things - take my pills daily, eat sensibly, workout. It's back to a schedule tomorrow so I'll work to get these unwanted pounds off.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
