Much much much better day yesterday. Started with a run then managed to stick to planned meals and snacks all day and felt so much better for it. Aiming to do the same today - I have nice meals planned so looking forward to them.

I know it's hard to do with the up and down of your weigh ins, but try to shake off the past as a 'learning curve' (including the weak moments) and dive into these next two weeks as being the beginning again! Stick to your planned out meals, and stick close to the Inductions Food Lists and phase I 'do's and dont's' and you'll be seeing much progress! Great job on the food choices!!!
