Well, after WAY overdoing carbs yesterday, I'm down a few ounces this morning. Probably because I drank massive amounts of tea last night and actually pee'd some - lol. There is the inkling of frustration brewing in me over all this, but I keep telling myself to wait until the bronchitis is gone, and I'm "healthy" before actually re-thinking things. And too, is the whole "whoosh"thing - it makes sense, and I AM burning fat according to the sticks, sooo as always - onward and forward.
