I am weighing in on Saturday mornings now. I am Up a few ounces from last week though but not upset about it. I did pretty good staying on my meal plan and only a couple of times had extra sweet treats. I am committed to only wanting to eat what is on my meal plan (rather than thinking I am doing without) and deciding to exercise at home at least 4 times this next week. I plan on losing 4 pounds in January. I have three and 1/2 weeks left!
