My first week of eating properly, and I've been dreading this morning, as I feel like I've done nothing but eat all week! 5.5 pounds off in 7 days, I'm over the moon! :o)
my elliptical trainer is due to arrive today, so looking Fwd to doing my first exercise in years! Bring it on! Lol!
115.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
