Back in gym yesterday, leg day, did 75 minutes of cardio, everything went well except hip abductions which I lost some range of motion during my time off.
125.7 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 35.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 9.5 kg a Week

nice job on the weight loss. I love leg day but have not been able to do much other than calves and Romanian deadlifts because I am waiting to have surgery to fix a torn meniscus in my right knee. Miss my leg days.
