Okay, so I screwed up calorie counting yesterday. I went on a calorie binge and ate an extra cookie, sweet potato fries and some fried mushrooms. I hope that I can lose the weight soon.
49.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
