I give God the Praise!! I have reached my goal and exceeded by 1 pound! Since last March, 83 total pounds lost. I monitored closely during Christmas holidays and kept to daily allowance, occasionally going over. I enjoyed delicious desserts, but tried always to adjust other choices. Portion size and food choices made the difference. Now, Maintenance Plan Stage.
