Well apparently this regular exercise thing has been good for my sore left knee... not sore anymore, for the past three sets of exercise. I did 32 minutes of turbine building stairs this morning. I haven't eaten anything yet and seemed to be running out of gas on the stairs. Time for a nuitritious avocado breakfast. Have a great Tuesday FS peeps. Keep on losing!
