I just can't get down to my goal weight. I am trying to eat healthy and exercise more, hopefully that will get it to budge, but soon is Turkey Day!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

i have been on a stubborn plateau--umm, well, NOT considering this past weekend when i blew everything to hell. But BEFORE this weekend, I was on a plateau for about a week...did not know how to keep losing...if yuo figure it out, please let me know...At this point, I am trying to get baack down to 130...that is my plateau mark.....

Switch it up a bit, maybe.... find a new recipe here and give it a try. Get in an extra 10 minutes 3 x's per week with exercise and you'll do fine, I'm sure of it! :)
