You can do this. Plan ahead to eat what is good for you and that makes it easier to keep away from food that is not on your plan.

PS This is not a race. This is a lifestyle.

Hi, BenlL1. I did WW for about 2 years, lost 70 lbs., and was asked to go to work for them as a receptionist so I know WW does work if you stick with it. That's been about 6 years ago. I gained it all back and now am counting calories, journaling in a little spiral notebook, not on here but may start eventually when I get comfortable. Glad to find this site and the support here. You are doing awesome! Don't be so hard on yourself!

1 pound a week is considered good. You're doing great! No need to push yourself too hard, because that's when people tend to burn out.

Yes sounds like you all are doing good. I want to be like you all and I also keep trying to tell myself it is slow and steady changes the lifestyle and wins the race.

5 lbs in two weeks is excellent. It is unhealthy to go any faster than that. Really 2 to 6 lbs a month is the healthiest way. Dieting puts a big strain on your liver and kidneys and even your heart to some degree. Don't overdo it
