SA-WEET - two pounds down this morning!!! I wasn't even really all that hungry last night, so only had two sausage patties and half a jalapeno with cheese dip on it - oh, and a cup of coffee! can't do without that! I AM noticing considerable weakness already this time - hope that goes away soon. I tried to work out on the elliptical last night and made it about 3 minutes before my legs started shaking and felt like they were going to collapse. Ugh - that just won't work - lol. My total carbs for yesterday were 17 or so - probably a lot less - need to figure out how to get net carbs on here, because this isn't accurate that way - shows 4 carbs for an Atkins shake, when you're rally only supposed to count 2. Onward and forward!! Day 2, her I come!! (BTW - my husband clearly is sure I'm going to fail again - won't even discuss it. I'll show him, dangit, and the other one too!!)
