Hadn't been to the gym for a few days, last night I worked my legs. Their strength has increased considerably. I'm nearly at full movement on my squats now with no knee pain. My abs had considerable improvement as well. I will be going earlier to the gym today, will be working my whole upper body, being the gym will be closed for Thanksgiving. Diet wise still eating what I'm supposed to, but people keep bringing in holiday goodies.
