Got up to 92 kilos, following a strict diet with only a cheatmeal during the week ( one of 49 meals i have weekly)
Current calories : 3500kcal / day
6 times/week Weight Training
2-3 times/ week cardio (30 minutes each session, 10% incline, 3mph speed)
92 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
