Well had 2 sickies yesterday. Up until 2:45am on Wednesday evening/Thursday Morning. Way too tired to do much of anything after work THursday. I did journal my food and stayed on point!!I WILL GET ON THE ELLIPTICAL tonight!!!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
