Another good day food wise. Kept myself busy all day and that helps a lot. Went for a run too and added on 5 mins so v happy about that. Had a bad spell this afternoon with family related stuff, but just headed upstairs for 10 minutes peace, instead of turning to food. Felt all the better for it too. Must remember that next time. Weigh in tomorrow - fingers crossed
