Sweet victory! I'm back in the 130's! I had to work for that! I feel I am on a good course back downward on the scale. My measurements were a 1/2 inch smaller than last week too. The hard work is paying off again. Perseverance is always a good thing!
I had another good workout last night- I ran 1.7 miles, then biked 8 miles and did about 30 min of floor exercises at home. I will hit the gym this afternoon and might try a "bumped up pilates" class and run or just do weights and run.
I read a tip about making frozen yogurt at home- take a container of lowfat vanilla yogurt and put it in your ice cream maker to make frozen. Add blueberries or strawberries on top. That sounds yummy, doesn't it? I also read about a miso soup with noodles, leeks, and scallions. I am going to look up a recipe for that b/c that sounds yummy too.
One trick I have been doing is I've been having a yogurt with a small spoon of frozen fat free cool whip on top at night. It's under 100 calories and is good for you.
Have a healthy week and I personally challenge you to push yourself harder in your workout the next couple of days than you normally would. Try an interval of running at a fast pace or something along those lines- make it a noticable challenge and tell me about it!

Terrific results! Okay, okay. I'll ramp it up on the treadmill the next few times I'm on it. :)
