Joined the RunKeeper Run 4 Fat Loss class, which is awesome - it's basically a 5k every other day for 1 week, splits and intervals the week after that, repeating every week until Feb 24th.

Of course, I've got gym time between that, but so far, loving the runs outdoors in these 60 degree weather Colorado winter days!
105.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
