had a night off of low carb Sat night for dinner Oktoberfest -breadstick pretzels onion cream cheese spread. mashed potatoes icecream, pie,brownie.... then the next day had trouble not finishing the kids pumpkin pie. expecting my period this week too. tried refocusing on smaller portions and staying on low carb wagon. oh and also had cough which kept me up at night for a few days. didn't take anything for it.
