I Started out at 263 pounds two years ago. Today I am 183. these last 15 pounds is truly the hardest to lose. I had always heard that the last 20 is the most challenging, and now I believe it. Good luck you all, be kind to yourself, but also tough when it is time to be. I am not going to give up! *Hugs* Musicboxx

I started out around the same lbs 260ish, I got down to about 140 but could not stay there. I have maintain 160ish for about 1.5 years. The last 20 will come off, it just takes more time. I still think I need to lose 15lbs but my body just says no unless I spend 4 hours a day in the gym and eat almost nothing.KEEP GOING!!

I have found out the hard way that the last bit of weight is the hardest. I stopped weighing/measuring and tracking my food. Because after all this time and all this weight I've lost surely I can relax a bit....NO I cannot! I have found I must be ever vigilant or I will still fall into the same old eating patterns. CRAP....

The only way I can drop more weight is if I go back to not eating enough and spending too much time it the gym. If I do not track I go up up, and up.
