Happy Friday! Yesterday was 700 cal (secretly 500 cal. so I don't feel bad if I go over 😉) Today I get to have 1700 cals. I actually find it hard to eat so much while still eating healthy. So a big breakfast (carefully measured portions of course) of strawberries, eggs, stir-fry veggies,7 grain rice,turkey sausage, coconut oil, coffee with milk&honey & small pc. of Can'dn. rye, I will probably not want to eat lunch, but I will.....
59.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
