Ate a bit of dark chocolate this week and last night at an ABBA Tribute show I succumbed to lemon cake, but only drank water. Mum and Dad were there and mum commented on how proud she was of me for sticking to it even over dinner with them. She said I was stronger than she is, but she's wrong. She just needs a reason, I have a reason. She can do it too!! Off to an archery tournament today and fully plan to indulge in a snag in bread and a scone and jam and cream!!!

Great start! Yeah totally enjoy that snagga and scone! I reckon a huge part of dieting success is planning in snacks you enjoy (well for me anyway!)

Hi Adalia. Are you in Adelaide? You went to the "Royal Show" recently and I shoot at Southern Vales Archery Club. I just wondered if you about? :)

OK Adalia, I have a feeling you are known by another name? So funny!!!! I think I recommended Fat Secret to you a couple of weeks ago, maybe?

I am Elise, and yes I was at the Show. I had one scone and one snag in whole wheat bread, after that I ate fruit and snow peas! Was good!

You did well! :) I went to The Show (State Fair) too and ended up eating 1/4 of my daughter's churro and a chicken burger with only half the bread bun. I was full. I still had to have my "hot tea" from a vendor. I still always say "hot tea" because when I lived in the States they always thought a tea was iced, unless you stipulated. Goofy habit!
