For the next 10 days,I will follow the Daniel Fast, cutting out meat,eggs, dairy, yeast breads, sugar, wine, and eating vegetables,beans, whole grains,fresh fruit, and drinking plenty of clear water. After that I plan to continue calorie counting until I gain my goal weight.
