Typically, summer has come and gone, and my weight has gone through the roof again.
Holidays were the big issue: how can one not resist the delights of beers, fish & chips, curries, full English breakfasts and delightful desserts!
But to be honest, I have let my diet slip since Spring, with less time on the treadmill and bike, and more reckless evening eating of all sorts of naughty foods.
So my penalty is almost 20 pounds added since May (213 to 231); so am now heading towards 17stone (16.7 currently); a number I haven't seen since early 2014 and the start of my proper diet regime here.
So as of tomorrow (Sunday 18th), it's literally back to the treadmill, and a proper diet once more.
If I can get back down to something like 15.12 (222 pounds) by December, I will be happy.
The hard work starts now.....
