🙆 Well today it happened, I reached my goal 😰...... because of the ups and downs, I'm almost afraid 😨 to enter the weight into this program.... I plan to keep going and set another goal rather than try to maintain this weight. I think 5 more pounds is good and if nothing happens I hope the goal will help to maintain my weight. Keeping my fingers crossed. 🙅
