I started last Monday, and 7days in I have lost 1.5kg. I am doing the Low Carbs, no sugar diet which has been really hard as I am a chocoholic. I tried 86% dark chocolate tonight and it gave me a headache! Can't do that too many times! On the up side after 40 years I tried cauliflower again and I am not eating it! My mother was shocked! Have been out to lunch at a family event and managed to avoid the bread and all, wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Every day its getting easier, and the 7 day results have encouraged me to keep going. Husband is doing this too, so fingers crossed we both lose weight!
