I have added back in some wheat products and I don't think they work for me. Everytime I do so, I gain weigh back. I went up a pound during the week, but back down now. I just have to be really careful. I miss chips and pasta and bread...I got some whole wheat pitta chips and whole wheat wraps and I think I'm going to continue for 1 more round of them, but if I gain again, I guess I will have to wein myself from them :( Have a good week! Good luck those of you out there with kids and all the treats this week. Be strong!

You are doing great! Yes, some of us (me included) can't tolerate too much in the way of carbs, unfortunately or I gain. I have to keep good tasting things on hand or I will relapse and grab something I shouldn't have. It's not easy to break old habits! Keep up the great work! :)

Glad this was broguht up. Everyone is saying that P2 is the biggest weightloss phase, butI am scared to death to start Phase 2. I know my body will just blow back up. I am thinking I will have one meal a week like a wheat pizzs or something and not venture too far away from phase 1. Personally, I am feeling MUCH better not drinking and eating badly all week...good luck with your wraps!
