Happy Friday FS!
Snarly is back into hibernation. I hope he gets a new attitude in 2012! Lol! Let's hope he wakes up before Spring! I've had my glass or two of wine at night so I probably need to stop that for awhile again. Dang it! I've also enjoyed some peanut butter with my apple...special treat and Yum-O!! I bought some Chia seeds yesterday to sprinkle on my oatmeal and yogurt to add fiber, protein and Omega 3. Don't know if it will make a difference. If not, perhaps I could make a Chia pet out of Snarly! ;-) Had a great workout yesterday but my left knee is not happy so I may do stretching and weights today.
