Oddly this small weight loss took a lot more effort than losing a larger amount. I felt I was losing weight too fast so I made myself eat a bit extra - I was trying to reach the classic 2lb a week, but I was quite worried that instead of curbing the loss I might actually get it wrong and start gaining, or even worse, lose my dieter's mood completely...
